Face Lift

Anatomically, the facial region is composed of adipose tissue built on a bony skeleton and a fascial tissue covering them, and finally subcutaneous fat and skin tissue. Over time, the skin loses its elasticity and deformations develop in the superficial and deep tissues due to environmental and genetic factors. As a result, images such as cheek injuries, nose edge groove, tear trough, eyelid sagging, lip edge sagging occur.

Classical facelift or mini facelift procedures can be performed by entering in front of the ear. Mid-face suspension by entering under the lower eyelid. Endoscopic mid-face lift and temple lift brow lift procedures can be performed by entering from the temple area.

Mostly fat injections are combined with eyelid aesthetics and neck lift.

Mini Face Lift

Suitable for patients in their early forties, it aims to expose the tissues with a smurfy incision in front of the ear under local anesthesia.

Operation Time: 1-3 hours
Hospitalization: 1 day
Anesthesia: Local
Return to Working Life: 2-4 days
Drain: No

Deep Plan Face Lift

It is selected in cases with more severe deformation and requiring intervention in deep tissues. The fascial system is fixed upwards by entering through an incision extending from the front of the ear to the temples and behind the ear. Depending on the needs of the patient, eyelid aesthetics, temple and neck lift, chin prosthesis procedures are also applied.

Operation Time: 3-6 hours
Hospitalization: 1 day
Anesthesia: General
Return to Working Life: 4-7 days
Drain: Yes

Mid-Face Lift

It can be performed with endoscopic or open technique. In cases without excess skin, it is performed to suppress cheek sagging and increase the volume of the mid-face, and lower eyelid aesthetics are also frequently applied.

Operation Time: 3-4 hours
Hospitalization: 1 day
Anesthesia: General
Return to Working Life: 4-7 days
Drain: Yes

Neck Lift

It is performed to correct the deformity under the chin (tickle area) or as a result of accumulation of Birgül neck skin elasticity loss and band formation. Depending on the deformity, laser lipolysis, cervico plasty or platysmaplasty is applied.

Laser Lipolysis

It is the removal of excess fat in the neck area using photon energy and tightening of the skin in cases where there is no excess skin and band formation within minutes with local sedation.

Cervico Plasty

In cases where there is excess skin, it is the process of removing excess skin by entering behind the ear.

Platysma Plasty

It is a procedure performed by entering under the chin or behind the ear to remove the bands formed in the middle and side lines of the neck.

After Operation

Since the risk of subcutaneous clot accumulation is high in neck lift operations, especially in blood pressure patients, the corset / bandage applied will be kept longer (4-7 days). If needed, follow-up removable corsets can be used for another month.

How Can I Make An Appointment?
Will it be very heavy after the operation?

Facelift operations are not painful interventions. They are operations where swelling and bruising may occur for a few days and the recovery period is quite fast.

Will my expression change?

Facelift operations are sophisticated aesthetic surgery operations where holistic beauty must be preserved. Therefore, rather than having a tense middle face where mimic movements are erased, it is aimed to achieve a fresh and vibrant appearance in harmony with the neighboring areas of the face.

How long does the effect of the operation last?

Facelift operation can maintain its effect for about 8-10 years. Protection from the sun, a friendly person and a healthy mental and physical life are the most important factors in maintaining the effect of the operation. Skin regenerating applications performed at regular intervals help to maintain the effect.

Is there a risk of facelift operation?

Surgical complications such as wound healing problems, blood clot accumulation and nerve damage may occur. These rare risks are minimized by choosing the appropriate surgical technique in the presence of a good anesthesia team and quitting smoking before the operation.

How long is the recovery period? When can I start working?

Depending on the surgical technique to be chosen and your working conditions, you may have swelling lasting about a few days or bruising lasting up to a week. The corset / bandage we apply will be removed in 2-3 days and you will be able to take a bath. It is normal to feel mild pain, headache, dizziness, drowsiness, itching and it will pass in a few days. There is no harm in working after your swelling and bruises disappear.

Will there be a scar?

There will definitely be scars in every area where surgical procedures are performed. However, in facelift operations, these scars are hidden in areas such as under the eyelashes, ear folds, inside the hair. With this camouflage, your scars will not be noticed.

Before & After Operation

Although it depends on the type of surgery to be chosen, it is very important to quit smoking if you smoke before the operation.

Your corset/ bandage and drains will be removed in a few days and you will be able to take a bath. If applied, your permanent stitches will be removed within 7 days and scar cream and sunscreen creams will be started and will continue for 8 months.
